Investment Services

Our investment advisory services are provided subject to:

• Execution of a formal Investment Management Agreement
• Completion of required client onboarding procedures
• Compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations
• Meeting minimum investment requirements

Investment Risks

All investments involve risk, including the potential loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Market conditions, economic factors, and other variables can significantly impact investment returns. Clients should carefully consider their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial situation before investing.

Fees and Expenses

Our fee structure is detailed in the Investment Management Agreement. Fees may include management fees, performance fees, and other expenses as outlined in our disclosure documents. All fees are subject to change with appropriate notice to clients.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and investment activities. Client information will only be disclosed as required by law or with explicit client consent.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or investment losses due to market conditions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal securities laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California.
